Raymond James Stadium was designed to offer an exciting, comfortable experience for everyone. Parking, seating, concessions, restrooms, water fountains and signage follow guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR SERVICES OFFERED, AN INTERACTIVE MAP AND THE SPECIAL NEEDS REQUEST FORM.

ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES +

Entrances for guests with disabilities with general tickets are located at Gates A and Suzuki Marine. Guests with disabilities with club/suite tickets have access to elevators located just inside the club/suite entrance. Escalators and ramps are also located at each gate (please use interactive map below).

ACCESSIBLE DROP-OFF AREA +

Guests with disabilities may be dropped off near the stadium at designated parking lot entrances close to the gate indicated on their tickets.

Gates A, D and HYUNDAI WEST CLUB: FROM DALE MABRY HIGHWAY ENTER LOT A/3D, LOCATED JUST SOUTH OF THE PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE.

GATES B, SUZUKI MARINE AND EAST CLUB: FROM HIMES AVENUE ENTER AT LOT B/C ACROSS FROM OHIO STREET.

Public or chartered transportation may drop off guests with disabilities at entrances A and Suzuki Marine.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING +

ADA PARKING SPACES ARE AVAILABLE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS IN LOT A/3D OFF DALE MABRY AND LOT B/C OFF HIMES AVENUE, CLOSE TO THE STADIUM. A DISABLED PARKING PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE HAVE PROPER IDENTIFICATION. ADA PARKING CANNOT BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE.

ACCESSIBLE & COMPANION SEATING +

Accessible seating is available in all areas of the stadium, including the club level and luxury suites. Gurney viewing positions are available in the end zone areas.

FIRST AID +

FIRST AID STATIONS ARE LOCATED AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS; ON THE GROUND LEVEL NEAR RAMP C, ON THE MAIN CONCOURSE ACROSS FROM SECTION 143 IN QUAD B AND ACROSS FROM SECTION 120 IN QUAD D; ON THE UPPER CONCOURSES AT THE TOP OF RAMP B CLOSEST TO SECTION 344 AND RAMP D CLOSEST TO SECTION 319.

LISTENING DEVICES +

LISTENING DEVICES ARE AVAILABLE FOR USE. CONTACT THE STADIUM PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT VIA KCYRUS@TAMPASPORTSAUTHORITY.COM AND THE NUMBER OF DEVICES REQUIRED WILL BE AT THE NEAREST GUEST SERVICES BOOTH TO YOUR SECTION WHEN YOU ARRIVE READY FOR USE.

POWER STATIONS +

Several wheelchair areas have power stations for wheelchair recharging, respirators, etc. Please locate a Tampa Sports Authority supervisor for assistance.

SERVICE ANIMALS +

Service animals for guests with disabilities are allowed on RJS property. All other animals are prohibited.

SPECIAL DIETARY/MEDICAL NEEDS +

PLEASE FILL OUT THE SPECIAL NEEDS REQUEST FORM LOCATED ON THIS PAGE. ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR AT ENTRANCE GATES TO STORE SPECIAL NEEDS ITEMS (E.G., REFRIGERATED PRESCRIPTION DRUGS) AS THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED IN SEATING AREAS. COMPLIMENTARY CUPS OF ICE ARE AVAILABLE AT CONCESSION STANDS. RECESSED, WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE WATER FOUNTAINS ARE LOCATED NEAR THE RAMPS OF THE MAIN AND UPPER CONCOURSES. THE CLUB LOUNGE OFFERS WATER FOUNTAINS NEAR THE MIDDLE AND CORNER RESTROOMS.

This must be submitted at least 72 hours (not including weekends) prior to the game or event. We can not guarantee your request if this form is submitted less than 72 hours prior to the game or event

WHEELCHAIR STORAGE+

Wheelchair storage is available at all Guest Services booths. Tampa Sports Authority is not responsible for wheelchairs and patrons leaving them at Guest Services do so at their own risk.
