GAMEDAY QUESTIONS
Q: What if I don’t have a mobile device on gameday prior to entering Raymond James Stadium?+
A: Please visit one of the Fan Relations locations adjacent to the entry gates at Raymond James Stadium where iPads will be located.
Q: Can I bring a clear plastic bag into Raymond James Stadium as in year’s past?+
A: No. There is a no bag policy for all events at Raymond James Stadium except for 1 small clutch bag no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”.
Q: Can I bring in medical supplies?+
A: Any exception requests for medically necessary items must be submitted online 72 hours prior to a game via the special needs request form. An approved request is subject to inspection upon entry to the event at the ADA entrances at Gates A or C. You may also call the stadium at 813-350-6508 or click here to make advanced arrangements.
Q: Will Club Members still have early access into Raymond James Stadium?+
A: Yes. For Buccaneers games only. The East Stadium Club and Hyundai Club entrances will open 2.5 hours before kickoff for all Club, Suite, and Hall of Fame Club Members.
Q: Suites – Will Suite Members still have access to enter the stadium 2.5 hours prior to kickoff and the option to stay one hour postgame?+
A: Yes. For Buccaneers games only.
parking questions
Q: Do I need to buy parking passes online?+
A: Yes, it is highly recommended. Guests will have the ability to choose their parking location at the time they purchase their tickets, subject to availability. If you are looking to purchase day of game parking, based on availability, choose from all general lots. Click here for more information.
Q: Will there be designated lots for RV Parking?+
A: Yes. The Buccaneers RV Lot, in Lot 14, will be available for RV parking. These lots will open 3 hours before kickoff, consistent with all other Raymond James Stadium lots.
STADIUM QUESTIONS
Q: Will the windows still be open in the Suites?+
A: Yes.
Q: What should I do if my tickets are not working?+
A: You should find our staff throughout the perimeter of the stadium wearing bright yellow polos and holding a sign that says, “Mobile Ticketing Coach”.
Q: Will you have hand sanitizer around the stadium?+
A: Yes. There will be hand sanitizer stations located throughout the stadium.
CONCESSION QUESTIONS
Q: What changes have you made to concession stands?+
A: There have been several highlights and changes to the Local Eats program this year, they include:
All transactions will be cashless to continue to provide a safe and clean transaction for our fans.
Menu items include bundle options for ease of ordering.
Mobile ordering and pickup will be available at up to 8 locations throughout the stadium.
Q: Will all concessions open?+
A: Yes. All of our permanent locations and bars will be open specific to the particular event.
Q: Will beer and/or liquor still be sold?+
A: Yes. All alcoholic beverages will be available in the stadium.
Q: Will water and beer be sold up and down the aisles by the concessionaire?+
A: No. Hawkers will be stationed in the concourse instead.
Q: Will there be in-seat drink service in the Hall of Fame Club?+
A: Yes. In-seat service will be available in Hall of Fame Club in the same manner as last year. The option for a guest to go to the bar is also available.
